Tavrendo Pass Terms of Use
Version 1.1
RDMEE LLC
Last updated: October 7, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tavrendo Pass website, trial, purchase-related services, licensing services, downloads, support, and other customer-facing services provided by RDMEE LLC (“RDMEE LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Use of the Tavrendo Pass desktop software is also subject to the applicable Tavrendo Pass End User License Agreement (“EULA”) presented with the software.
By accessing the Tavrendo Pass website, downloading or starting a trial, purchasing a license, activating Tavrendo Pass, or using related services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable website, software, or services.
1. About Tavrendo Pass
Tavrendo Pass is a local-first Windows desktop application designed to help users:
Check folders against reusable requirements defined in Profiles.
Verify current folders against previously created Saved Records.
Compare two current folders.
Compare earlier and newer Saved Records.
Verify a destination folder after copying or delivery.
Review results and save available reports, CSV exports, and Saved Records.
Tavrendo Pass 1.1 is intended for Windows 10 and Windows 11, 64-bit.
Tavrendo Pass provides read-only folder auditing, readiness checks, verification, comparison, and documentation. It is not a cloud storage, backup, synchronization, antivirus, malware-scanning, data-recovery, or file-repair service.
Tavrendo Pass evaluates supported file and folder information. It does not claim to understand the semantic meaning, accuracy, or business correctness of every file or document.
Tavrendo Pass 1.1 does not separately inspect files inside ZIP archives or interpret the internal text, pages, or meaning of PDF documents. Such files may be checked and fingerprinted as individual files.
2. Trial
Tavrendo Pass offers a 7-day trial.
While the trial is active:
Check Folder use is unlimited.
Up to 2 custom Profiles may be created.
Up to 5 Verify Folder uses are available.
Up to 5 Compare Versions uses are available.
Up to 5 Saved Records may be created.
CSV reporting is enabled.
Trial availability and remaining allowances are enforced by the application. Additional workflow entry points do not create a separate entitlement to unlimited verification or comparison use.
After the trial expires, new folder checks and other trial-restricted functionality may be blocked unless a valid Full License is activated.
The trial does not create a right to indefinite access and may be subject to reasonable technical controls intended to enforce the trial period and applicable trial limits.
3. Purchase and Full License
Tavrendo Pass is offered at a regular price of $39, with a $29 one-time launch price while that promotional offer remains available.
Prices and promotions may change prospectively. A price change does not retroactively change the amount already paid for a completed purchase.
A Tavrendo Pass Full License is a one-time purchase and is not a recurring subscription.
The current Full License is never-expiring for the licensed Tavrendo Pass entitlement, subject to these Terms, the EULA, and any future major-version policies described below.
A standard Full License may be activated on up to two devices unless RDMEE LLC expressly authorizes otherwise.
Activation on the same previously licensed device is not intended to consume an additional device slot merely because Tavrendo Pass is being reactivated on that same device.
If a device is replaced, lost, retired, or otherwise no longer available, RDMEE LLC may, where appropriate, assist a legitimate license holder with recovering an available activation through supported license-administration procedures.
Your purchase grants you a license to use Tavrendo Pass. It does not transfer ownership of Tavrendo Pass, its source code, branding, documentation, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
4. License Activation and Offline Use
Internet access is required for initial Full License activation.
Tavrendo Pass licensing uses Lemon Squeezy. License activation may communicate with Lemon Squeezy to verify a license key, license status, activation information, and device-related information needed to enforce the applicable activation limit.
After successful activation, a valid Full License is designed to continue working offline for ordinary licensed use. Tavrendo Pass does not require continuous internet connectivity after successful Full License activation.
Local-first operation does not mean that website visits, purchases, license activation, or support communications occur without internet access or information processing.
Access to licensing or activation services may depend on the availability of third-party services, including Lemon Squeezy.
5. Payments and Checkout
Tavrendo Pass purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for applicable transactions.
Lemon Squeezy processes payment, billing, order, applicable tax or VAT, and related checkout information through its hosted services.
Tavrendo Pass does not directly process or store payment-card information inside the desktop application.
A purchase may also be subject to Lemon Squeezy’s applicable checkout terms, privacy policy, payment rules, and merchant-of-record procedures.
Upon successful purchase, customers may receive access to the applicable Tavrendo Pass download and license key through the Lemon Squeezy order or delivery process.
6. Software Downloads
Tavrendo Pass software should be obtained from an authorized Tavrendo Pass distribution path, including the official Tavrendo Pass website or an authorized Lemon Squeezy order or download page.
Trial and Full License customers may use the same Tavrendo Pass application installer. Access to trial or Full License functionality is determined by the applicable license state and entitlement rather than by ownership of a different application product.
Downloads may be provided as an installer or within a ZIP package containing the installer and supporting documentation.
RDMEE LLC may update the installer, download location, packaging, or release version over time.
You are responsible for downloading and installing software only on systems for which you have appropriate authorization.
7. Software Use
Tavrendo Pass is intended to assist with folder readiness, verification, comparison, and reporting.
Results depend on the folders, Profiles, Saved Records, settings, rules, and available evidence supplied or selected by the user.
Tavrendo Pass audits are designed to be read-only. During ordinary checking, verification, and comparison workflows, Tavrendo Pass does not silently move, rename, overwrite, repair, delete, or clean files in the selected folders.
Tavrendo Pass may create files when you explicitly request or initiate them, including Saved Records, reports, receipts, CSV exports, and Diagnostic Bundles. The application may also save settings, recent activity, and licensing information needed for its operation.
Restoring a recent check setup restores the relevant folder and Profile selections for a new check. It does not establish that the folder still matches a previous result.
You are responsible for:
Having the legal right to access and process files used with Tavrendo Pass.
Selecting appropriate folders, Profiles, Saved Records, settings, and rules.
Reviewing results, coverage information, exceptions, and limitations.
Determining whether your files meet your own requirements.
Making any necessary corrections using appropriate tools outside Tavrendo Pass.
Maintaining appropriate backups of important files.
8. Saved Records, Verification, Comparison, and Reports
Saved Records
A Saved Record contains recorded folder and file information from the time it was created, including SHA-256 fingerprints where available.
A Saved Record is a record of observed information. It is not a backup of the recorded files and does not preserve their contents for recovery.
Verify Folder
Verify Folder compares a current folder with a previously created Saved Record using recorded file information and SHA-256 fingerprints.
Results may identify matched, missing, unexpected, or modified files, subject to the available evidence and any reported limitations.
Compare Saved Versions
Compare Saved Versions, also referred to as Compare Versions, compares an Earlier Version Saved Record with a Newer Version Saved Record.
Results may identify added, removed, modified, and unchanged files, along with possible rename or move candidates.
This workflow compares recorded folder states rather than independently establishing the current condition of the original folders.
Compare Two Live Folders
Compare Two Live Folders compares the current contents of Folder A and Folder B without requiring previously created Saved Records.
Results may identify added, removed, modified, and unchanged files, along with possible rename or move candidates, subject to the available scan and hashing evidence.
Verify After Copy or Delivery
Verify After Copy or Delivery helps compare a destination folder with a previously created Saved Record of the source folder.
Tavrendo Pass does not perform the copying, transfer, delivery, or synchronization. You must use your usual tools for those operations.
SHA-256 Fingerprints and Rename Candidates
Tavrendo Pass may use SHA-256 fingerprints as technical comparison information.
SHA-256 fingerprints do not by themselves establish authorship, ownership, legal authenticity, absence of malware, regulatory compliance, or legal admissibility.
Results labeled Likely Renamed or possible rename or move candidates are inferences based on matching file information. They are not guaranteed statements that a particular rename or move actually occurred.
A candidate may appear alongside the underlying added and removed file entries. It does not replace those entries or prove the history of the files.
Coverage and Progress Information
Results reflect the available scan or recorded evidence. Files that could not be accessed, inventoried, hashed, or otherwise evaluated may affect the completeness of a result.
Inventoried counts describe observed inventory and do not, by themselves, prove that every file was hashed or verified.
Coverage exception counts describe recorded evidence entries. They do not necessarily represent unique files or divide all files into mutually exclusive categories.
Progress indicators describe workflow activity. A completed progress indicator does not, by itself, mean that a folder passed its requirements or that no exceptions occurred.
Reports and CSV Exports
Available documentation varies by workflow and may include check reports, verification reports, CSV exports, and Saved Records.
Comparison CSVs may include old and new paths, file sizes, and SHA-256 fingerprints beyond the simplified on-screen comparison table.
Coverage notes and exceptions shown in the application’s results panel are not necessarily included in the comparison CSV. Users should review and retain the available documentation appropriate to their needs.
Spreadsheet applications may display different row numbers because CSV files include a header row. Spreadsheet row numbers are not Tavrendo Pass finding identifiers.
9. Acceptable Use and Restrictions
You may use Tavrendo Pass for lawful personal or business purposes.
You may not use Tavrendo Pass, the website, downloads, licensing services, or related systems to:
Violate applicable law.
Interfere with the operation or security of Tavrendo Pass or related services.
Defeat or circumvent licensing, activation, trial, or device restrictions.
Distribute unauthorized copies of Tavrendo Pass.
Misrepresent ownership of Tavrendo Pass.
Use another person’s license without authorization.
Use Tavrendo Pass in a manner intended to harm RDMEE LLC, its service providers, or other users.
Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, sublicense, rent, resell, or repackage Tavrendo Pass as a standalone product without prior written authorization from RDMEE LLC.
10. Updates, Versions, and Availability
RDMEE LLC may release maintenance updates, fixes, enhancements, or other changes to Tavrendo Pass.
Features, pricing, trial terms, supported functionality, system requirements, website content, downloads, and related services may change in future versions.
A Full License is not a promise that every future major version of Tavrendo Pass will be provided without additional charge.
Future major versions may be offered under different pricing, licensing, or upgrade terms.
We do not guarantee that any particular feature, update, website function, licensing service, download service, or third-party service will remain available without interruption or indefinitely.
11. Refunds and Chargebacks
Refund availability is subject to any refund information presented at the time of purchase, applicable Lemon Squeezy procedures, RDMEE LLC’s then-current refund practices, and rights required by applicable law.
Where a refund is approved or legally required, it may be processed through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record.
Lemon Squeezy and applicable payment providers may also handle chargebacks, payment disputes, refunds, or transaction reversals according to their own obligations and procedures.
A refund or transaction reversal may result in deactivation, cancellation, or termination of the associated Tavrendo Pass license where permitted by law.
Nothing in this section limits refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
12. Support and Diagnostic Bundles
Support requests may be submitted through the Tavrendo Pass Support page or by contacting support@getbatchpass.com.
Tavrendo Pass may create a Diagnostic Bundle to assist with troubleshooting.
Diagnostic Bundles are created locally and are not automatically uploaded or transmitted to RDMEE LLC. You decide whether to share a Diagnostic Bundle with Tavrendo Pass support.
Diagnostic Bundles are designed to exclude checked-folder contents and limit unnecessary sensitive information, but you should review any material you voluntarily send to support.
Reports, CSV exports, screenshots, and other materials you share may contain filenames, paths, fingerprints, or other information about your files. You are responsible for deciding what to share and ensuring that you have permission to share it.
Support services may vary over time and are not guaranteed to include customized development, data recovery, file repair, legal review, regulatory certification, or other services outside normal Tavrendo Pass product support.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
Tavrendo Pass and the Tavrendo Pass website may use or link to services operated by third parties.
These may include:
Lemon Squeezy for checkout, payment, licensing, and order delivery.
Wix for website-related services.
Other providers used for communications, hosting, security, or support.
Third-party services are operated independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and security practices.
RDMEE LLC is not responsible for third-party websites, services, outages, policies, or content except to the extent required by applicable law.
14. Intellectual Property
Tavrendo Pass, including its software, source code, executable files, branding, interfaces, graphics, documentation, website content, report formats, and related intellectual property, is owned by RDMEE LLC or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
This ownership does not transfer ownership of your files or underlying data to RDMEE LLC.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Tavrendo Pass intellectual property to you.
“Tavrendo Pass” and related branding may not be used in a manner that falsely suggests sponsorship, ownership, authorization, or affiliation with RDMEE LLC.
15. Disclaimer
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TAVRENDO PASS AND RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
Tavrendo Pass is intended to assist users with file and folder checking, readiness, verification, comparison, and reporting.
Tavrendo Pass does not guarantee that a folder or deliverable is suitable for every business, legal, contractual, regulatory, cybersecurity, archival, quality-control, or compliance requirement.
Tavrendo Pass does not warrant that it will identify every file problem, error, change, security issue, defect, or condition.
A PASS result indicates that the configured checks applied to the available evidence passed at the time of the check. It is not a universal certification of the folder, its contents, complete scan coverage, or suitability for every purpose.
A verification match or comparison result must also be interpreted together with the available coverage information, exceptions, and limitations.
Saved Records and results reflect observed or recorded information at particular times. Files may change during or after a workflow. Tavrendo Pass does not guarantee that a folder remains unchanged after a result or Saved Record is produced.
Users remain responsible for reviewing Tavrendo Pass results and determining whether their files and deliverables meet their own requirements.
16. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RDMEE LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, TAVRENDO PASS, THE WEBSITE, DOWNLOADS, LICENSING SERVICES, OR RELATED SERVICES.
This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, revenue, business, data, files, opportunities, goodwill, or interruption of operations.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RDMEE LLC’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO TAVRENDO PASS, A TAVRENDO PASS LICENSE, OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE TAVRENDO PASS LICENSE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, the applicable limitation will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
17. Suspension and Termination
RDMEE LLC may suspend or terminate access to licensing or related services where reasonably necessary to address:
Fraud.
Unauthorized redistribution.
Intentional circumvention of trial or licensing restrictions.
Misuse of activation systems.
Material violation of these Terms.
Chargebacks or reversed transactions where legally appropriate.
Legal or security requirements.
Termination does not affect provisions that by their nature should survive, including intellectual-property ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and obligations arising before termination.
Where appropriate, RDMEE LLC may attempt to resolve legitimate device-replacement or activation issues before treating them as licensing violations.
18. Privacy
Use of the Tavrendo Pass website, desktop application, licensing services, and support services may involve processing of information as described in the Tavrendo Pass Privacy Policy.
Folder checks, verification, and comparison are designed to run locally without requiring checked-folder contents to be uploaded to a cloud service. Website activity, checkout, activation, and information you voluntarily share with support are separate activities addressed by the applicable privacy policies.
The Tavrendo Pass Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference where applicable.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or Tavrendo Pass will be handled in an appropriate court having jurisdiction over RDMEE LLC, unless applicable law gives the customer the right to pursue the matter in another forum.
Nothing in this section limits consumer protections or legal rights that cannot legally be waived.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when Tavrendo Pass, the website, pricing, licensing model, payment arrangements, service providers, applicable law, or business operations change.
The Last updated date at the top of these Terms identifies the currently published version.
Material changes will apply prospectively to the extent required by applicable law.
Continued use after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
22. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the applicable:
Tavrendo Pass Privacy Policy.
Tavrendo Pass EULA.
Purchase or checkout terms.
Applicable refund information.
Other terms expressly incorporated by reference.
form the applicable agreement concerning the Tavrendo Pass website, purchase-related services, licensing services, and use of Tavrendo Pass.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and the EULA regarding use of the installed Tavrendo Pass software, the EULA controls with respect to the licensed desktop software to the extent of that conflict.
