How TavrendoPass Folder Verification Software Works
TavrendoPass helps you check delivery requirements, verify files against Saved Records, and compare two current folders or recorded versions. Choose your workflow, review the results, and save documentation—all locally on Windows.

Choose Your Workflow
Check a folder against reusable requirements, verify against a Saved Record, or compare two current folders or saved versions.

Select Your Inputs
For Check Folder, select a folder and Profile. For Verify, select a folder and Saved Record. For Compare, select two folders or two Saved Records.

Run and Review
Follow progress and review the results in the main window. Check findings, file changes, and available coverage information or limitations.

Save Your Documentation
Save the reports, CSV outputs, or Saved Records available for your workflow. A Saved Record captures file paths, sizes, and SHA-256 fingerprints for later use.

Repeat or Verify Later
Restore a recent folder and Profile setup for a fresh check, verify a destination after copying, or compare a later folder version.
Choose the Right Verification or Comparison.
You can compare two folders directly, or use Saved Records when you need a reference to an earlier folder state.
Verify Folder
Compare a current folder with an earlier Saved Record using recorded file paths and SHA-256 file fingerprints.
Possible results:
- Matched
- Missing
- Unexpected
- Modified
"Does this folder still match the state I recorded earlier?"
Use Verify Folder when you want to check whether the folder you have now still matches an earlier recorded state.
Compare Saved Versions
Compare an Earlier Version Saved Record with a Newer Version Saved Record to see differences between two recorded folder states.
Possible results:
- Added
- Removed
- Modified
- Unchanged
- Possible rename/move candidates

Likely Renamed is a conservative inference based on saved file information.
Compare Two Live Folders
Select Folder A and Folder B to compare their current contents without creating Saved Records first. Review Added, Removed, Modified, and Unchanged files, then save a comparison CSV.
Possible results:
- Added
- Removed
- Modified
- Unchanged
- Possible rename/move candidates
“What is different between these two folders right now?”
Possible rename/move candidates suggest matching content under different paths; they do not prove that a rename or move occurred.
Verify After Copy or Delivery
Create a Saved Record of the source folder, transfer the files using your usual tools, then verify the destination against that record. TavrendoPass performs the verification; it does not copy or synchronize files.

Review missing, unexpected, or modified files after copying or delivery. Save the available verification results for your records.
How TavrendoPass Detects Content Changes
TavrendoPass uses SHA-256 file fingerprints in its Saved Record verification and comparison workflows. If a file is still present but its contents no longer match the recorded fingerprint, TavrendoPass can identify it as Modified.

Review Check, Verify, and Compare results in the main application window. See findings, file changes, and available coverage information, then save the reports or CSV outputs supported by that workflow.

TavrendoPass is local-first Windows software designed to check your folders without silently changing your files.

- TavrendoPass does not silently move, rename, overwrite, or delete files.
- Initial Full License activation requires internet access.
- After activation, the Full License can continue working offline.
- Diagnostic Bundles are manually shared by the customer and are not automatically uploaded.

Check the source: Run Check Folder with the appropriate Profile. Review findings and coverage information, and make any corrections outside TavrendoPass .

Record and transfer: Create a Saved Record of the source folder, then copy or deliver files using your usual tools.
