Tavrendo Pass Privacy Policy
RDMEE LLC
Last updated: October 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how RDMEE LLC, the provider of Tavrendo Pass (“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information in connection with the Tavrendo Pass website, desktop application, licensing, purchases, diagnostics, and customer support.
1. Tavrendo Pass Desktop Application and Local Information
Tavrendo Pass is a local-first Windows desktop application.
Ordinary folder checking, verification, and comparison workflows operate against files on your computer. These include:
Check Folder.
Verify Folder against a Saved Record.
Compare Saved Versions.
Compare Two Live Folders.
Verify After Copy or Delivery.
These workflows do not require the contents of the selected folders to be uploaded to RDMEE LLC or to a Tavrendo Pass cloud service. Tavrendo Pass does not automatically upload checked-folder contents to RDMEE LLC.
Tavrendo Pass is designed to perform ordinary audits as read-only operations. It does not silently move, rename, overwrite, repair, delete, or clean files in the folders you select.
Local Settings and Recent History
The application may store information locally to support its operation, including preferences, Profiles, recent folder selections, recent check setups, file-picker locations, and licensing information.
Recent check setups may retain folder paths and Profile selections so you can restore those selections and run a new check.
Local paths and filenames may reveal information about your work, organization, or device. You are responsible for controlling access to your computer and locally stored information.
Saved Records and Exports
Tavrendo Pass may create files that you explicitly request or initiate, including Saved Records, check reports, verification reports, CSV exports, and Diagnostic Bundles.
Depending on the workflow and output, these files may contain:
Filenames and file paths.
File sizes.
SHA-256 fingerprints.
Profile or rule information.
Findings and comparison results.
Available coverage information, exceptions, or limitations.
A Saved Record contains recorded file information; it is not a backup of the original file contents.
SHA-256 fingerprints are technical information derived from file contents. They are not copies of the original files, but should not automatically be treated as anonymous information.
Saved Records and exports remain under your control unless you choose to share them. Information included in each output varies by workflow; not every export contains all information shown in the application.
2. License Activation
Internet access is required for initial Full License activation.
Tavrendo Pass licensing uses Lemon Squeezy. During license activation or related license-management activity, Tavrendo Pass may communicate with Lemon Squeezy to validate information required for licensing and device activation.
This may include:
The license key being activated.
License status.
Activation identifiers.
Device-related information necessary to identify an activation.
Information necessary to enforce the applicable device activation limit.
A Tavrendo Pass Full License is currently intended for use on up to two activated devices, subject to the applicable license terms.
After successful activation, a valid Full License is designed to continue operating offline for ordinary licensed use. Tavrendo Pass does not require constant internet connectivity after successful activation.
Local-first operation does not mean that license activation, website visits, purchases, or support communications occur without internet access or information processing.
3. Purchases and Payments
Purchases of Tavrendo Pass are processed through Lemon Squeezy, which serves as the merchant of record for purchases made through the Tavrendo Pass checkout.
Payment, billing, order, and checkout information is processed through Lemon Squeezy’s hosted services rather than directly by the Tavrendo Pass desktop application.
RDMEE LLC may receive information associated with an order that is necessary to provide or support Tavrendo Pass, such as:
Order information.
Customer contact information.
Product information.
License information.
Transaction status.
Lemon Squeezy operates under its own terms and privacy practices. We encourage you to review its applicable policies when using checkout, order, download, or licensing services.
4. Tavrendo Pass Website
The Tavrendo Pass website is hosted using the Wix platform.
Wix and services enabled through Wix may process technical information necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and understand use of the website.
Depending on the services enabled and how you use the website, this information may include:
IP address.
Browser and device information.
Operating system information.
Pages viewed.
Referring or destination pages.
Approximate location derived from network information.
Cookie or similar technology information.
Related website usage or security information.
If you contact us through the website, a Wix form, or email, we may receive information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, message, support request, and attachments.
Information submitted through website forms may be processed or stored through Wix and made available to RDMEE LLC so that we can respond to the request for which it was submitted.
We may use website information to operate and secure the website, respond to inquiries, provide customer support, understand website usage, troubleshoot problems, and improve Tavrendo Pass and related services.
Website information processing is separate from local desktop workflows. Visiting the website does not give us access to the folders you check in Tavrendo Pass.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Tavrendo Pass website may use cookies and similar technologies that support website operation, security, functionality, analytics, or services provided through Wix or other tools enabled on the website.
Some cookies or similar technologies may be necessary for the website to function properly. Others may help us understand how visitors use the website or improve website performance and usability.
Where required by applicable law, visitors may be provided with choices regarding non-essential cookies or similar technologies.
Your browser may also provide controls that allow you to block, delete, or limit cookies. Disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality.
Cookie choices on the website are separate from information stored locally by the Tavrendo Pass desktop application.
6. Diagnostic Bundles and Technical Support
Tavrendo Pass can create a Diagnostic Bundle to assist with troubleshooting.
Diagnostic Bundles are created locally on your computer. They are not automatically uploaded or sent to RDMEE LLC.
You decide whether to share a Diagnostic Bundle with Tavrendo Pass support.
Diagnostic Bundles are designed to exclude checked-folder contents and limit unnecessary sensitive information. Depending on the issue being investigated, a Diagnostic Bundle may contain bounded technical information such as:
Application logs.
Runtime and environment information.
Error identifiers.
Session information.
Licensing status information.
Application configuration information.
Aggregate performance information.
Privacy-bounded workflow summaries useful for troubleshooting.
You should review a Diagnostic Bundle before sharing it.
Screenshots, reports, Saved Records, CSV exports, logs, and other attachments you voluntarily send may contain filenames, paths, fingerprints, or other information about your files. Their contents may differ from the information included in a Diagnostic Bundle.
If you voluntarily send support information to us, we may use and retain it for as long as reasonably necessary to investigate the issue, respond to you, maintain appropriate support records, improve reliability, prevent abuse, or protect Tavrendo Pass and its users.
Avoid sending unrelated confidential or sensitive information. Only share information you have permission to disclose.
7. How We Use Information
RDMEE LLC may use personal information for purposes connected with providing and operating Tavrendo Pass, including to:
Provide and maintain the Tavrendo Pass website and related services.
Process licensing and license activation.
Support purchases and customer access.
Respond to questions and support requests.
Investigate technical problems.
Maintain security and prevent fraud or abuse.
Maintain appropriate business records.
Understand and improve website and product operations.
Comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
The desktop application processes selected file and folder information locally to perform the workflows you request.
We do not use the ordinary contents of folders checked by Tavrendo Pass for advertising, profiling, or cloud analysis. Those contents are not automatically sent to us during ordinary checking, verification, or comparison workflows.
If you voluntarily provide files or other materials to support, we handle those materials for the support purposes described in this policy.
8. How We Share Information
RDMEE LLC does not sell personal information.
We may share information with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate Tavrendo Pass and our business.
These providers may support:
Website hosting and functionality.
Payments and merchant-of-record services.
Licensing and activation.
Customer communications and email.
Analytics.
Security.
Technical infrastructure.
Support operations.
Current services include Wix for website-related services and Lemon Squeezy for purchasing, order delivery, and licensing-related services.
Third-party providers process information according to their applicable terms, privacy policies, and legal obligations.
We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or government request, or when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, security, property, or integrity of RDMEE LLC, Tavrendo Pass, our users, or others.
Information you choose to share directly with another person or service—for example, an exported report—is subject to that recipient’s handling practices.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Retention periods may depend on the type of information and why it was collected.
Information may be retained as necessary to:
Provide requested products or services.
Provide customer support.
Maintain transaction, licensing, and business records.
Resolve disputes.
Prevent fraud or abuse.
Enforce agreements.
Maintain security.
Comply with legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory requirements.
Information processed by third-party providers may be subject to their own retention requirements and policies.
Saved Records, exports, and other information stored only on your computer are separate from records maintained by RDMEE LLC. You control the copies you create and retain locally.
Deleting a local file does not delete copies you previously shared with support or another recipient. Deleting information held by RDMEE LLC does not automatically delete local files on your computer.
10. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information we maintain from unauthorized access, loss, theft, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
However, no internet transmission, electronic system, or method of storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security over your devices, operating system, files, exported records, email account, and Tavrendo Pass license information.
Local-first operation reduces the need to transmit checked-folder information, but does not replace appropriate device security, access controls, or backups.
11. External Links and Third-Party Services
The Tavrendo Pass website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.
These may include purchasing, payment, licensing, support, or other external services.
RDMEE LLC does not control the privacy, security, or content practices of third-party websites or services.
When you leave the Tavrendo Pass website or interact directly with a third-party service, that provider’s privacy policy and terms may apply.
We encourage you to review the applicable policies of any external service you use.
12. Your Choices and Privacy Requests
You may choose not to provide certain personal information.
However, choosing not to provide certain information may prevent us from completing a purchase, activating a license, responding to a request, or providing certain support services.
You decide whether to:
Submit information through website forms or email.
Share Diagnostic Bundles or other support materials.
Create and share Saved Records, reports, or CSV exports.
Permit non-essential website cookies where applicable choices are provided.
You may contact us to request information about personal information we maintain about you or to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
Some information may need to be retained because of legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, transaction-record, licensing, dispute-resolution, or operational requirements.
Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law may provide additional rights regarding your personal information.
We will respond to valid privacy requests in accordance with applicable law.
Requests concerning information processed independently by a third-party provider may also need to be directed to that provider.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Tavrendo Pass, the website, licensing, service providers, business practices, or applicable requirements.
When we make changes, we will update the Last updated date shown at the top of this policy.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
